Jet Imprinting and Print & Convert serve different needs depending on speed, volume, and design requirements. Jet Imprinting is the faster and more cost-effective option for smaller runs (typically under 200,000), using pre-made envelopes to quickly get campaigns to market. In contrast, Print & Convert involves printing on flat stock and then forming envelopes, making it ideal for high-end projects that require superior color accuracy, detailed imagery, heavier ink coverage, and fully customized features like window placement, though it typically comes with longer production timelines.
